Breakfast is Killing Me
I am so frustrated. Everything my diabetes educator has told me I could eat for breakfast is not working. Cold cereal is a big no no, it spikes my blood glucose. Today I ate 1/4 C of steel cut oats (dry), made with water, 1 Sweet 'N Low, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. This was NOT instant oats. My...

What to eat?
What do you eat in the mornings if your fasting blood sugar is high? Mine was almost 300 this morning. I was not hungry and needless to say I was very upset at the reading. I took my meds, had my insulin (Toujeo) and just got busy with my day. Nothing other than my coffee.
