Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 avocado, pitted

  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • Optional: dash of maple syrup

Directions
  1. In a blender, combine ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
