Like "Smoothies with fruit juice is off limits for me. But a smoothie with coconut milk, heavy cream, protein powder or plain greek yogurt is fine with some frozen fruits and veggies. I don't make them often, but if I do I use berries. No bananas or pineapple. Those raise my levels too much. Add in some veggie powders and make it more nutrient dense. I also use stevia if I need to sweeten it. Make sure your powders are not sweetened with sugar too. Just read your labels and you should be fine."
